Walking on the gold beneath our feet
in this damn land we grew up doomed
orange halogens in two sides of the street
leading us toward unknown paths of defeat
Toward hope and the tunnel of death
Toward light and all colors of breath
For life is short but we are yet to live
and the stars we watch below
when man is unable to perceive
us mere and our glare and our glare
Toward hope and the tunnel of death
Toward light and all colors of breath
We flew over in the starry sky
we asked man and angel why
we run as mad and full of lust
for life and the life is short yet
we don’t trust anymore, anymore,
anymore
Toward hope and the tunnel of death
Toward light and all colors of breath
Toward light and all colors of breath
Toward light and all colors of breath
Toward Hope
