Profile of Venkata ChanddeeswarMr Venkata Chandeeswara G, born on 17 November 1964 in Kurnool Town of Andhra Pradesh, and brought up on either banks of river Thungabhadra there. After completing initial studies in Kurnool and Dhone, joined Indian Air Force as Air Warrior and had the exposure to pan Indian cultures and its rich literature. While in service, pursued higher education with PG studies in Public Administration from Osmania University , Hyderabad. Finally he came to Bangalore in 1998 and resides here since then. Presently working in a reputed company as Sr Administrator.
Penning poetry in English, Telugu (at times in both simultaneously), and few lines in Hindi as well for the past many years, which were frequently published in many reputed dailies, magazines a(both vernacular& English as well) and online journals viz., Muse India, www.poetry.com (as highly rated distinguished poet for his contributions and reviews), www.internetpoem.com etc.,
Sports, chess, adventure activities though have been his passing interests, spares some time for treks, reading, literary, art, cultural and developmental activities.
Completed his first trilingual anthology - Trinity ~ Thriam : A River of Poems, written over 3 decades, duly enriched with apt paintings by commissioned artists. It promises to sail you through enigmatic experiences that last for a life time as the book itself is an adventure with such a rare mix.
His next collection of poems ‘Sea of Verses’ is expected by end of the year.
As a promoter of Flower Flow Films, produced a short film about Refugees – Egiripo Chilakaa (Telugu: Fly Away O Parrot) during July – August 2017, followed by Sri Ramanujacharya (a 11th century Vishishta Advaita proponent / saint) and intending to produce many more socially relevant short films
Lately, being the founder member of Karnataka Telugu Writers’ Association and in the capacity of it’s vice president, instrumental in organizing Telugu literary programs such as Telugu poets’ Meet, Workshops for budding poets, bilingual poetry recitation sessions, felicitation of writers /poets from various languages across India.
Currently, in collaboration with Senior artist Shri K Malyadri and team of Vasantha Arts Group, has been popularizing and promoting immensely talented artists’ great works of art by conducting art exhibitions across India.
