Fresh bread and soft cakes,
Iced with whipped cream and sugar crusts.
Iced tea and hot chocolate,
Warming and chilling from the inside.
Toffees and lollipops
When dipped, ever delectable.
We love them all,
And respond to their ever sweet call.
Seconds tick, minutes elapse, hours roll,
Lick-lick, our sweets never running low.
We mount our ecstasies
to enjoy life's delicacies
When we sleep at night,
We are dazzled by giant cupcakes.
Facing pools of milkshake,
We cross bridges of fresh dates.
Brushing across woods of cranberry
and Trees of candy rooted in soils of raspberry.
Awakening, we say,
Our mouths full of chocolate delight,
Our lives have truly been blessed,
Attractive like mothers salad dressed.
